Did Romney Lose Due To Election Fraud Or His Incompetent Campaign?

We have hesitated to attribute Mitt Romney’s defeat to anything other than the incompetence of his campaign, and the toughness of Obama’s organization, which we outlined in our two-part series, “10 Reason Why Obama Won And Romney Lost.”

Mitt RomneyHowever, evidence is mounting that, as our friend John Stemberger of Florida Family Action put it, “instances of voter fraud, voter intimidation and sharp GOTV practices from the Obama campaign were widespread.”

We are not buying into some fringe position; there are now countless reports from a variety of states of edgy and intimidating campaigning to outright fraud by the Obama campaign and the Democrats.

In Florida, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections “discovered” 1,000 ballots after the election was over.

In Pennsylvania, Mitt Romney got no votes in 59 precincts in the city of Philadelphia.

None, nada.

The unofficial vote tallies for those precincts have President Obama beating Romney by a combined vote of 19,605 to 0, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

In Ohio, Romney won 72 of Ohio's 88 counties, including two that no Republican had won since 1972.

But he still lost the state because he got clobbered in the urban areas, such as the city of Cleveland and surrounding Cuyahoga County.

Romney received no votes in 17 precincts in Cleveland. Romney also was shut out in one precinct in East Cleveland. That's 18 total precincts in Cuyahoga County where Romney received no votes.

What’s more, Romney got just one vote in each of 20 precincts in Cleveland, two precincts in East Cleveland and two precincts in Warrensville Heights. And he got just two votes in each of 28 other precincts in Cleveland, East Cleveland and Highland Hills.

Of course, when the numbers are this lopsided they are bound to cause disbelief. However, we are not buying into the fringe idea that Romney lost the election because there was enough election fraud in not just one state, like Ohio or Florida, but all of the three or four states he needed to get to 270 Electoral College votes after he won North Carolina.

The biggest problem Romney faced in the urban areas was not election fraud – it was his own arrogance in assuming 47% of the people would never vote for him and his own campaign’s incompetence in executing his get-out-the-vote effort.

It is not just unreasonable, it is foolish to expect urban voters to break their traditional allegiance to the Democrats and vote for the Republican presidential candidate if Republicans won’t campaign in their neighborhoods and ask for their votes.

And you can’t find video of Romney campaigning in the inner city or a Latino neighborhood.

Should Congress investigate whether or not there was election fraud and voter intimidation in the 2012 presidential election?

Absolutely. Various conservative groups are collecting stories and firsthand accounts of voter intimidation and fraud and everyone who believes in the rule of law should demand that Congress follow-up on this evidence and hold special hearings on voter fraud and ballot security.

But Republicans should not delude themselves into believing they were cheated out of victory in the 2012 election. They got beat because Mitt Romney ran a content-free establishment Republican campaign, and they got skunked in the urban areas because Romney rejected the lessons Jack Kemp taught about taking a positive message on job creation and traditional values to the inner city and never made the first effort to sell himself to urban voters.

Blablabla

When will you people face the harsh reality that Romney didn't lose because of any of the reasons you listed. He lost because he is not a leader he lacks that charisma or quality that makes a human a leader of men. You picked the wrong candidate plain and simple.

Romney's loss

Romney's unwillingness to address the personal and national issues beyond debt and unemployment, issues such as national security, downgrading of our national credit twice, close association with the muslim brotherhood and the death of 4 Americans in Benghazi and more.  He had plenty of ammo he just chose for some reason to leave the ammo locked up.

2012 election

The  neo-cons didn't have a good strategy to win the election, but by far, the election was decided by the massive voter fraud perpetrated by the imoral, criminal socialist/Marxist enthusiasts.

Why the GOP will not challenge voter fraud

Friends and Patriots,
It’s major duct tape time ’cause you’ll need it to keep your head from exploding.

Are you ready for this?
Here we go….
There is now compelling and undeniable evidence that MAJOR vote fraud had been perpetrated in the November 2012 Election. See FOTM’s posts chronicling the extensive pervasive fraud by going to our “2012 Election” page below our FOTM masthead, and click on those post linkscolored neon green.
But our screaming and hollering are to no avail. No one is listening to us. Not even the Republican Party.
Here’s why….
The Republican Party made an agreement 30 years ago with the Democrat Party NOT to ensure voting integrity and NOT to pursue suspected vote fraud.
Yes. You read it correctly.
In fact, legally the GOP cannot ensure voting integrity, nor can it prevent vote fraud.
Here’s the astounding reason, which is kept from the American people.

PolitiJim writes for Gulag Bound, November 13, 2012, that during the weekly True the Vote webcast, Catherine Engelbrecht related a meeting she had with Reince Priebus, the chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC), asking what

Claiming major fraud is NOT a "fringe" position

There is WAAAY more evidence that fraud was the driving force in Obama's win.

The true "fringe positions":

  • Romney didn't "reach out" to minority votors.
  • Romneycare prevented him from denouncing Obamacare
  • His Mormonism
  • Bain
  • The 47% comment

There is no evidence that any of the above minor issues lost him the election. A different position on any of these would not have gotten him extra votes except at the expense of votes from his base (espeically pandering to minorities like the GOP establishment wanted him to do.)

Remember, Romney lost the four key swing states by a total of only 330,000 votes. Those states don't have statewide voter ID laws and we know that there was widespread fraud in those four states.  When you lose an election by only 330K votes, it doesn't take much fraud from known criminals like Obama's Chicago gangsters to easily see that fraud was a likely reason Romney lost.

What this article fails to also mention is that there was very little voter enthusiasm on Obama's side and HUGE enthusiasm on Romney's side. It also doesn't mention that Romney's internal polls showed him to have either a large or moderate lead going into election day despite Hurricane Christie.

The Romney camp was dumbfounded that they lost (unlike McCain who expected to lose and did.)

Look at the math. There are countless reports of voting machines switching Romney votes to Obama votes (because the machines defaulted to "Obama" if a software error occured.)  So when this happens, how many extra votes does Obama get?: A swing of TWO.  +1 for Obama and -1 for Romney. Similarly, if ballot box stuffing goes on as we know it did (large numbers of illegals being bussed around to vote in multiple precincts for the Dem ticket) and meanwhile, Romney ballots mysteriously disappear, then again, +1 (or more) extra votes for Obama and for everyone of those, -1 or more for Mitt.

So it doesn't take a lot of this vote tampering fraud for Obama to come up with a million or so extra votes leaving everyone "mystified" at how Obama beat all the historical odds and won this election despite being the most failed president since Hoover.

We won't know the extent of the fraud but to analyze just how much the GOP should change it's Latino strategy or whatever, is pointless when the election was largely or maybe even entirely lost due to fraud.

vote doesn't make any sense!.

Its Almost a mathamatic impossibility to have all those precincts for one canidate and 0 for the other.  The  fraud was so blatent that the stupid party just ignored it! Why wasn't the voting machines checked for tampering?  When you go up against the elite from Chicago you had better have an extra shirt stashed away nearby or your going to feel a little cool

Romney

Romnay lost because conservatives thought he was still liberal and liberals were afraid he had turned conservative. He had a poor staff that fed him all sorts of nonsense. So he came accross as inauthentic. Then he didn't have a real program. Mostly slogans. He didn't do the numbers. I suspect he's better than he sounds. Better luck next time.
