If Congress created these domestic armies, then they can disband them by reversing their idiotic 2002 amendment to the Inspector General Act. Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) has a bill titled Regulatory Agency De-militarization Act that does just that. Let’s hope it passes, and soon.
