One Down 40 – 50 To Go

Representative Charles Dent (PA-15) the leader of the so-called Tuesday Group of anti-conservative Republican members of the House of Representatives has announced his retirement from Congress.

Dent had become the public face of obstruction of the Trump agenda and was facing a serious primary Charlie Dentchallenge from Pennsylvania state Rep. Justin Simmons who said of Dent in the announcement of his primary challenge:

His actions don't stop with a single “no” vote. He spends most of his effort conspiring with the Democrats… Whether it's MSNBC, CNN or The New York Times, Charlie Dent runs to these media outlets at every turn to bash Republicans and our president.

I have heard and seen enough. And that's why I'm running for Congress: to unseat Charlie Dent, a congressman who sides with Nancy Pelosi more than the voters who sent him there.

State Representative Justin Simmons is right, but President Trump’s conservative – populist voters shouldn’t stop the campaign to root out RINOs now that Dent has announced his retirement because there are 40 to 50 more RINOs in the Tuesday Group.

Although they do their best to hide, various conservative writers have managed to ferret out the names of many members of the Tuesday Group of obstructionists and we urge conservatives to find a challenger for each of them.

For starters, here is a list of Tuesday Group members we’ve been able to identify by compiling the names outed by others, especially writer Jen Kuzniki of Michigan, whose writing we strongly recommend as a great source of grassroots conservative thinking and political insight.

What Justin Simmons said in announcing his primary challenge to Rep. Charles Dent could just as easily be said of any of the other members of the Tuesday Group:

"With Republicans controlling both chambers of Congress and the presidency, one would think that our government could finally pass major bills they have been promising in their campaigns for years… Unfortunately, that has not happened. The main reason why Republicans have failed to pass major policies, such as repealing Obamacare, is because of liberal Republicans colluding with Democrats to prevent it.”

Our take on the Tuesday Group is: 1 down, 40 – 50 to go, they are each guilty until proven innocent by their votes, so primary them all.
