Democrats Ruthlessly Destroy Brett Kavanaugh

Anyone who thinks the next Democratic administration will be a benign era in American history should take a good look at what is happening to Brett Kavanaugh and recognize that the new Far Left Democratic Party’s impulse for power recognizes no limits in its ruthlessness.

Think Democrats won’t come for your guns or lock you up for not baking a cake for one of their protected Kavanaughclasses, look at what is happening to Brett Kavanaugh and think again.

Judge Kavanaugh has been vetted more than any recent Supreme Court nominee. In his many years of public service Brett Kavanaugh has undergone half a dozen FBI background checks, and never a whisper of misconduct.

This is a guy who is lauded for going to Catholic Charities to serve meals to the homeless in the middle of his confirmation rounds. Kavanaugh is part of a Roman Catholic society that volunteers to serve meals a number of times a year.

Kavanaugh also coached his young daughters' basketball team. "All the girls are awesome," he said. "I know that confidence on the basketball court translates into confidence elsewhere in life."

But Democrats have now destroyed that lifetime of good works and good character, and on what basis?

On the 35-year-old claims of Christine Blasey Ford, who currently works as a professor in the Social Work Department at California State University, Fullerton.

Prof. Blasey Ford is a registered Democrat who has donated to Leftwing causes and Democratic candidates, she attended the anti-Trump March for Science, and previously signed an open letter challenging Trump's border policy. According to OpenSecrets, she has made more than 60 donations to liberal causes, with almost four dozen to the pro-abortion group, Emily's List, alone. Ford also donated to the DNC, Hillary Clinton (more than 10 times), Bernie Sanders, and the progressive organizing group ActBlue.

According to reporting by news.grabien.com, Prof. Blasey Ford has self-confessed problems with depression and alcohol, and, by her own admission, has a hazy recollection of the incident she alleges.

Despite telling The Washington Post this incident so traumatized her she's been in recovery ever since, she also admitted not recalling the incident specifically. She doesn't remember the year it happened, but believes it occurred in 1982, when she was 15 and Kavanaugh was 17. She does not recall where the incident occurred, only that it was at a house in Montgomery County, Md. She forgets whose house it was and how she got there. She forgot whether Kavanaugh and Judge were already upstairs when she went up, or if they came up after her. She also forgot how she got home that night.

Ford's therapist's notes of the incident don't match her current version of the story, reports grabien.com. Ford says Kavanaugh pinned her down and attempted to take off her bathing suit; in the room also, she said, was his friend, Mark Judge. Ford first told this story in 2012 — about 30 years later — to her therapist during couples therapy. The therapist's notes from that session don't name Brett Kavanaugh and also report Ford said four men were in the room. Ford says the discrepancy is the fault of the therapist.

Grabien also reports Ford may have an unrelated grudge against Kavanaugh, as his mother, once a circuit court judge, ruled against Ford's parents in a foreclosure case.

In August 1996, Christine Blasey Ford's parents, Paula and Ralph Blasey, were foreclosed upon. Kavanaugh's mom, Martha, was then serving as a judge on the Montgomery Country Circuit Court, and she presided over the case. (Information about the case is available here.)

The person Prof. Ford named as a witness has denied that the event took place, but a troubled teen with an alcohol and depression problem has turned into a troubled woman, bent on destroying a man who by every report and measure available is incapable of the acts he is accused of, but the damage to his reputation and to his family is already done.

"Because this never happened, I had no idea who was making this accusation until she identified herself yesterday," Kavanaugh said in a statement Monday. "I am willing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee in any way the Committee deems appropriate to refute this false allegation, from 36 years ago, and defend my integrity.” The federal circuit judge declared he had "never done anything like what the accuser describes."

If Democrats can do this to Brett Kavanaugh, what do you think they will do to you if you get in their way?

The White House says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is ready to testify in the Senate as soon as Tuesday so ‘‘he can clear his name of this false allegation’’ about a sexual assault while in high school.

We urge CHQ readers and friends to call Senators to urge Judge Kavanaugh’s prompt confirmation, starting with four Republicans who need shoring up. RESPECTFULLY urge them to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh:  Senators Lisa Murkowski of Alaska (202-224-6665) and Susan Collins of Maine (202-224-2523) are known to be leaning YES but could use a RESPECTFUL call of encouragement to do so. Likewise, while Republican Senators Jeff Flake of Arizona (202-224-4521) and Ben Sasse of Nebraska (202-224-4224).

After those four phone calls we urge you to work your way through the remaining Republican Senators urging them not to be taken in by this “high-tech lynching.”

Dem obstruction of Kavanaugh confirmation

As long as we're going through with this farce on the alleged Kavanaugh high school drudgery (had to go pretty far back for that one...next will be that he pushed a boy down on the playground in 3rd grade, or stole someone's milk and cookies in kindergarten). Why don't we have the FBI look into the email chain that started this? I would be very interested to see the context of how this brave woman (coincidentally a liberal Democrat, and with a possible family grudge and another loose family tie to the Fusion GPS fiasco) came forward after decades of repressed "memories" (just not when, where - house party somewhere in Montgomery County, anyone else that was there other than another that denies it,) Feinstein decides to sit on this for months until it looks like Kavanaugh is all but confirmed, then let's it slip to the FBI. Masterful theatrics. Now the part I want to see under subpoena and please keep Hillary and her bleach team out of this...every single email, record of every phone call between this obvious operative and Feinstein's office. In addition to the potential that's it's all made up - I would attest that there was collusion, coaching, and a coordinated effort as there was in the disruption of the hearings themselves by gallery guests carrying passes from Feinstein's and other obstructionists offices. Let's get a special investigator involved in this; give them a blank check mandate and let them comb through the California Democratic Party dealings for the last two decades.
