Ron Paul Won the GOP National Security Debate
That’s the opinion of our conservative and Tea Party respondents, with Newt Gingrich coming in a distant second.
We asked you: “Who won the GOP presidential debate in Washington, D.C.?”
And we explained: “We’re not asking who you support. Rather, which candidate did the most to advance his or her candidacy in the Republican presidential debate Tuesday night?”
Here is how you responded:
48% Ron Paul
25% Newt Gingrich
9% Michele Bachmann
7% Mitt Romney
4% Rick Perry
3% Herman Cain
3% Jon Huntsman
1% Rick Santorum

2012
if we stay steadfast in getting the word out for RON PAUL 2012, and dont by into FOX NEWS CNN MSNBC CBS propaganda, they are trying to downplay his popularity, they refuse to report fairly on him...yes even FOX NEWS is biased...
More Ron Paul Supporters than you are aware of.
As you know most polls accuse Ron Paul supporters of slamming the polls even though many of them only allow you to vote once. If you had a wider audience which you probably will you will see the gap getting larger and larger. Chances are many Ron Paul Supporters after the debates are over scan the internet for polls. We vote on all we can find. Supporters of all other candidates do the same thing. The proof will be in the pudding on January 3rd and then in New Hampshire. The independents in New Hampshire outnumber the Republicans. I predict Ron Paul will sweep both states and make a powerful statement that will cross this country like wildfire.
Thank you
Thank you for actually printing the truth instead of burying it like the other websites and Mainstream Media does. RON PAUL 2012 !!!!
Illegal immigrants
It has become commonplace in the U.S. to reward lawbreakers especially in the high echelons of our society. We have abandoned the Law of the Land, the Constitution, to our peril. That is why our liberties are slipping away one by one. Had our Federal government performed one of the few functions for which it has authority...secure our borders, we would not have this problem today of illegal families living here for decades. But we do. I believe they should be dealt with on a case by case basis, but in NO CASE should they ever be rewarded with "a path to citizenship" or the right to vote. Perhaps, in some cases, permanent alien residency could be the solution. (I know at least one person who has lived here her entire adult life, is a legal permanent resident, but never sought citizenship and cannot vote.) There is only one candidate who abides by the law of the land and that is Ron Paul.
Ron Paul clearly won
Back in 2008 I think Ron Paul's stark contrast to the rest of the Republican field served as a liability to his campaign, but this year, I think most of America is in agreement with Dr. Paul, so now "being different" is helping him take the lead from the establishment candidates. You can see the other candidates starting to backpedal and adopt portions of Dr. Paul's platform that 4 years ago people were calling "crazy", like closing down government agencies, where for example Perry copies Paul. Of course the one area where the establishment refuses to concede even an inch, but the public disagrees and supports Dr. Paul, is in the area of our illegal foreign occupations. In that regard, none of the other candidates have the guts to take on Dr. Paul's position, and THAT is why he won the debate handily!
bpitas -you are right on
The rest of the candidates are scared to death of Ron Paul over his foreign policy and steadfastness to the principles of liberty and freedom espoused in the Constitution. The establishment I am sure is terrified of the support Ron Paul is receiving from Democrats,Progressives and Independents. Ron Paul 2012.
