His fight against Obamacare has won him friends, but name recognition may still be a factor.
We asked you: “We are reopening the CHQ vice presidential poll today because the Supreme Court will announce its momentous decision on Obamacare on Thursday. The first to file suit in the legal fight against Obamacare was Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli. What would be your opinion of his selection as Mitt Romney’s running mate?”
Here is how you responded:
44% Neutral. He would not change my likelihood of working and voting for the Republican ticket.
43% Favorable. He would make me more likely to work and vote for the Republican ticket.
7% I am undecided.
5% Unfavorable. He would make me less likely to work and vote for the Republican ticket.
Cuccinelli for V.P.
Cuccinelli would make a terrific V.P. and and even better president. He's everything the Republican "Establishment" is not. He's principled; He's a "leader", not a "follower"; He's not afraid of the media or the "truth". For these reasons, the Republican "Establishment" would oppose him. He's not their kind of Lemming. And ... unlike Rubio, I doubt Cuccinelli would promote amnesty for 1.4 million Italian illegal aliens. Cuccinelli identifies himself as "an American". I believe Rubio identifies himself as "a Hispanic American". Cuccinelli's got Reagan's chrisma, Newt's brains, and Palin's integrity and "love of country". He would be a total threat, not only to Democrats and the Media, but to Republican moderates and RINO's (wherever they may hide). G. Volomino
