'Only' 862,000 Babies Killed In The U.S. In 2017
Even though the number of abortions in the U.S. dropped to 'only' 862,000 in 2017, the push for tougher restrictions on abortion continues. Just last week, Texas Right to Life and some allied groups urged Republican Gov. Greg Abbott to call a special session of the Legislature to "abolish every remaining elective abortion" in the state.

There was a time when businesses, especially America’s major corporate employers, encouraged family life. Fast forward to 2019 and a new era of what we call corporate fascism, where, as Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) said in recent speech, politically correct CEOs apparently think babies are "bad for business.”

Abortion Bans: Let’s Have the Fight
It’s possible that the bills in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Ohio, Missouri, and Louisiana, among other states, which directly challenge the status quo will risk the current political drift toward the pro-life cause. But political capital is built on victory, not inaction, and it’s wasted if it’s not spent. After all, the Left paid a dear price for Obamacare — but elements of it are still in place despite Trump’s victory and rather than being destroyed for mutilating private health insurance Democrats once again control the House. Given that reality, there is no reason not to take a shot at stopping the killing.
The Hollywood Left Hates Alabama
There's a wave of pro-life bills being passed in the Southern states. First came the "heartbeat" bills stopping abortions after a baby's heartbeat can be detected (around six weeks). Then came Alabama. Its bill stops all abortions except for cases where the life of the mother is in danger or the unborn baby has a "lethal anomaly," and threatens abortion doctors with up to 99 years in jail. But in the meantime, the Hollywood left is furious. It's amazing that these "progressives" believe their compassion is limitless, and yet they express every Orwellian adjective known to man about violently ending a life before it starts.
Alabama and Georgia Are Throwing Down the Gauntlet against Roe. Good.
For two generations the Roe decision has distorted American politics. Millions of voters cast their ballots for president primarily to influence that president’s judicial picks, and there is now a majority of justices on the ballot picked by presidents who openly ran on a pro-life platform. Donald Trump would still be the Apprentice host but for his pro-life pledges. Have 20 years of political activism been in vain? Have federal elections polarized to the point of mutual partisan hatred merely to decide whether doctors must have admitting privileges at a local hospital before they kill a child?
Trump may have stumbled in Alabama, but he's not finished
Richard Viguerie, chairman of ConservativeHQ, says the president certainly bears his share of responsibility in the Alabama outcome. "... He weighed in for Senator Luther Strange and should have supported the principled, limited constitutional government candidate Congressman Mo Brooks, a member of the Freedom Caucus," says Viguerie. "And he could have won that easily."
Thanks a Lot, Chauncey Gardner
This entire debacle was an exercise in denying the people what they wanted, not to mention attempting to cover up their own mistakes. That NRSC chairman Cory Gardner, McConnell, and the rest of the Establishment mouthpieces have fanned out across the media spectrum to tell GOP voters of the virtues of Tuesday night’s result is perfect evidence of this. This debacle constitutes a betrayal, witting or otherwise, of Republican voters and donors alike, and it’s time for McConnell to step down as the majority leader.
Keeping GOP's Senate majority may be key for Alabama voters
Richard Viguerie believes the race is moving in Moore's direction as the December 12 election date approaches. "People are focused on the issue that Doug Jones is a left-wing Democrat [and] very pro-abortion," he argues. "And so the people now are coming back home and they're going to vote their Republican instincts. Unless something comes up between now and Election Day, Judge Moore should have a comfortable victory."

Judge Roy Moore is everything the Far-Left hates about conservatives and America. We predict between now and Dec.12 they are going to throw everything – including the kitchen sink – at Judge Moore. Conservatives can't stop working just because Judge Moore has been outspent before and still won.

The depth of the panic sparked by the idea of a Roy Moore victory in the Alabama GOP Senate runoff election has driven Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his lowlife political operatives to new depths of gutter politics.
I Endorse Judge Roy Moore In The Alabama Republican Senate Runoff
By Richard A Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
The most powerful slogan in American politics is the simple phrase, “Send them a message.” As the Alabama Republican Senate runoff approaches conservatives can send the Republican establishment an unmistakable message by supporting and voting for Judge Roy Moore for Senate.
Judge Roy Moore Pulling Ahead In Alabama As Conservative Endorsements Pile Up
Judge Roy Moore is the real deal. A Bible-believing Christian and a constitutional originalist who lives the values he campaigns on and will not be intimidated or bought by the Washington establishment.
No More Free Lunch
Since 2015 federal welfare spending has outpaced defense spending. President Trump’s workfare proposal demonstrates that he is busy doing what is important for Americans. Congress should join him.
Alabama GOP Rep. Martha Roby Votes To Expand Federal Control Over Education
"Show Vote" Martha Roby (AL-2) is at it again. In December, she voted YES on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), which reauthorized the hated No Child Left Behind (NCLB) and does nothing to stop Common Core... and she's bragging about it!
Conservative Becky Gerritson To Open Congressional Campaign HQ
Incumbent establishment Republican Rep. Martha Roby’s vote on the rule to bring the #ZombieBudget to the House floor means she owns the secret deals with Obama to increase spending and the debt ceiling and to burden our children and grandchildren with trillions of dollars of new Establishment Republican debt. If you want an end to “Show Votes” and to reestablish honesty in Congress we urge you to attend Becky Gerritson’s campaign headquarters open house in Wetumpka, Alabama on Monday, November 9.
Why Ted Cruz's wife could give his candidacy a boost in Alabama
Heidi Cruz is unlike many spouses on the 2016 campaign trail, and her visits to three Alabama cities this week could give her husband a boost in standing out in the crowded GOP race. She is one of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz's strongest campaigners, has previous campaign experience and is one of the most visible spouses out on the stump.
