“I want you to quote this,” President Trump’s senior White House strategist Steve Bannon told The New York Times. “The media here is the opposition party. They don’t understand this country. They still do not understand why Donald Trump is the president of the United States.”
Race relations in this country have not been this ugly and strained in decades. The president’s divisive, racialist language and posture throughout his presidency has set the country back many, many painful years. Now we have a new president. He sweeps into office with a clear and bold mandate from the people.
No matter what he says about a smooth transition, Obama is still President and that means his Far-Left agenda will continue unabated until Donald Trump takes the oath of office.
If Hillary Clinton has been looking weak and haggard on the campaign trail she must be positively terrified now, because last night Donald Trump rallied an army fiercely determined to take its country back and reclaim the promise that she and Barack Obama have stolen from them.
Amid all the speculation about Hillary Clinton having Parkinson’s Disease, a subdural hematoma or other neurological condition there’s another explanation for Hillary Clinton’s health issues; guilt. The kind of guilt that we see affecting Hillary Clinton’s health is not the legal kind – mens rea – rather it is the soul-searing guilt that psychiatrists have found actually makes one physically ill.
The press won’t hold Barack Obama to the standard they held George Bush to. The devastation in Louisiana is immense. There has been loss of life, loss of homes, and flooding not seen in a thousand years. But President Obama obviously cares because he’s not George Chimpy McBush Hitler Halliburton. He’s a black man, so he must care about the poor, displaced black citizens of Louisiana from the golf course in Martha’s Vineyard.
What Trump said in Youngstown was that, unlike Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and George W. Bush he will deploy all of the elements of our national power to defeat not just ISIS and al Qaeda, but the ideology of radical Islam. This is a profound and remarkable change from previous administrations and one that is long overdue.
“I’m fed up with the old, fat, white, gray-haired men who run things,” said a New Jersey union electrician. “I’m white, but those guys are about entitlement, and Hillary falls right into that category, even though she’s not a man.”
WARNING GRAPHIC LINKS: Muslim teachings that provide for child rape, jihad and invasion through immigration are well known to Paul Ryan, but for reasons that have never been fully explained he has joined Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in forcing American taxpayers to pay for the importation of hundreds of thousands of devastating Muslim cultural invaders.
This is a man who consistently says he's proud of "saving the economy," and that he improved it despite the problems he had to overcome because of his opposition. What's more, Obama's legacy is something Hillary Clinton is proudly saying she'll continue. If that's the case, she's going to have a hard time explaining to many how continuing such low growth is a great idea.
Obama made a classic mistake: Determined to defend his own accomplishments in office as well as convince Americans to elect Hillary Clinton for what would amount to his third term, Obama painted a picture of life in the United States that was brighter and more positive than most voters believe.
With Obamacare as the chief exception, most of the President’s legacy is temporary. Even his revisions to Obamacare are subject to deletion with the stroke of a pen by the next President. His Iranian deal could go away. His environmental deal could go away. His education plans, immigration plans, national security plans, energy plans, and most of the rest of his administration can all disappear with the stroke of a pen. Congress is not needed just as the President now has bypassed Congress.
Obama believes that because terrorists and some who are mentally deranged want to kill us, we should take a closer look at our gun laws. On that point, we agree: We do need to reexamine our gun laws. But what will make us safer is to repeal unconstitutional gun laws. Click the link to sign our open letter to Capitol Hill Republicans, tell Ryan and McConnell "If you won't stand with us to defend our Second Amendment rights, why should we stand with you on Election Day?"
The next president certainly will not be more liberal than his or her party’s predecessor.
The really maddening thing, though, is that President Obama thinks the reason he isn’t perceived as being especially good at his job is that we yokels aren’t smart enough to understand how spectacularly spectacular he is.
As Senator Jeff Sessions pointed out unless GOP leaders in Congress—the party controls both chambers, the House and the Senate—do something to pull back on Obama’s “blank checks” for potentially-ISIS-connected Syrian refugees and other potential terrorists, there’s no way to stop Obama from bringing them in. Please join us by signing our open letter to House and Senate Republican leaders demanding they use their "overwhelming power" to stop Obama’s dangerous policies and unconstitutional actions.
FLASH: Muslim terrorists take 170 people hostage at Mali luxury hotel. What all of the elite policymakers, like Speaker Paul Ryan and President Barack Obama, who advocate allowing, or even increasing Muslim immigration to the United States fail to grasp is that Islam is not a “religion” as those steeped in the Western Enlightenment understand the term. It is a totalitarian political system that seeks to manage the lives of adherents to the smallest detail and vest total power in the system's leaders.
People ask me if I ever lack ideas for opinion pieces. Au contraire: Like a Malibu firefighter encircled by blazing brush, I can’t decide where to aim my hose. I spent most of Wednesday trying to pick which of that day’s Obama-fueled infernos to douse.
In the lead-up to World War II and throughout the war President Franklin Delano Roosevelt prepared Americans for a war to preserve our way of life, not to simply reclaim the territory Hitler and his dark legions had conquered. Contrast that clarity with our situation today. Americans have never been told by their President that this is a religious and cultural war and, most importantly, Americans have never heard from their President that we are in a war for the preservation of western civilization with a foe every bit has ruthless and genocidal as Hitler’s Nazis.
Money can take you a long way in politics, it can even more or less buy you the nomination as it did Mitt Romney in 2012, but in the 2016 Republican Primary we don’t think it can nominate a candidate, like Jeb Bush, who fundamentally has the same position that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have on amnesty for illegal aliens.
