When the White House announced John DeStefano’s appointment, CHQ Chairman Richard A Viguerie said, “Those who hoisted the pirate flag and joined the Trump team when he was at 2 percent in the polls . . . must wonder what the devil is going on,” and called the choice a “major impediment” to Trump’s goals. And it remains so by every indication one can detect from a recent article in The Washington Post.
We’ve now seen the reality of Ryan – Boehner “show vote” government and it looks an awful lot like government by a less intelligent and less articulate version of the Democrats.
It’s time for the President to change the password on his Twitter account and focus his efforts on fulfilling his promise to pass a bill that will actually do what Ryancare never will – lower premiums for the forgotten Americans the Freedom Caucus represents.
Conservatives are getting next to nothing in the #Ryancare bill. It’s time for conservatives and for President Trump to take his own deal making advice and walk away from this disaster – there are better deals available and the price of giving illegal aliens taxpayer subsidized health care is way too high. We urge CHQ readers to contact House Freedom Caucus members to urge them to stand tall against bullying from establishment Republican Speaker Paul Ryan.
The House votes today on #Ryancare. In his desperation to maintain federal government control of the health insurance and health care markets establishment Republican Speaker Paul Ryan is turning more and more to the ugly corruption of the Democrats’ former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. We urge CHQ readers to contact their Representative to demand they vote NO on this corrupt disaster.
Much as we’d like President Trump to succeed, providing subsidized health care to illegal aliens is too steep a price for conservatives to pay to support the President in his optimistic push to use Speaker Paul Ryan’s disastrous Obamacare 2.0, Rinocare or #Ryancare bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.
The only parts of Obamacare establishment Republicans want to repeal are the parts in the current House bill, they are perfectly happy to keep the regulations and other Big Government parts of Obamacare and have no intention of establishing a free market health care and health care insurance system.
#RYNOCare is destined for failure and we conservatives need to call and tweet House Freedom Caucus members today to tell them to stand firm against this bill, and that we’ve got their backs when the establishment comes after them!
Ryancare is a twofer for Ryan: He and his big government DC pals continue to control people’s lives by controlling the health care and health insurance markets and they screw Trump in the process.
American Action Network, a political action committee with ties to former Speaker John Boehner and current Speaker Paul Ryan, is airing a half-million dollars’ worth of television ads in the districts of 30 Freedom Caucus members urging them to support Paul Ryan's #RINOcare bill.
Johnny DeStefano’s job as Director of White House Personnel isn’t to hire outsiders loyal to Trump and it isn't to check the SAT scores of potential hires to make sure the top applicants get the jobs – it is to funnel Capitol Hill staffers loyal to the congressional Republican establishment into key jobs in the executive branch.
Incumbent establishment Republican Rep. John Shimkus (IL-15) is no conservative. State Senator Kyle McCarter has received endorsements from conservative organizations such as the Club for Growth, The Eagle Forum, Taxpayers United of America, and Family PAC of Illinois. The citizens of Illinois deserve better, and Americans deserve better. The conservative choice in IL-15 is state Senator Kyle McCarter – we urge all of our friends in Illinois Congressional District 15 to vote McCarter in next week’s Republican primary election.
The Boehner allied American Action Network has placed a $350,000 TV campaign for Reps. Renee Ellmers of North Carolina, Susan Brooks and Todd Young of Indiana and Dan Benishek of Michigan all of whom voted for the bill to fund Obama’s executive amnesty and who potentially face limited government constitutional conservative primary challenges because of that vote.
The revelation that Jeb Bush is likely to support same-sex "marriage" and abandon the social conservative leg of the Reagan coalition, and the news that the Speaker’s best friend is funding a million-dollar attack on the limited government constitutional conservative leg of the post-Reagan Republican coalition, makes us wonder exactly who will be left to vote Republican when November 2016 actually rolls around?
Barry Jackson and Mike Shields the former chiefs of staff to House Speaker John Boehner and Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus respectively are part of American Action Network's concerted effort to target House conservatives with advertisements aimed at pressuring them to cave to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty and fund it in its entirety through the end of the fiscal year.
