Thank Judges Robart and Brinkema When This Comes to America

The need for “extreme vetting” of supposed “refugees” from failed states and terrorist hotspots is demonstrated almost daily in the media, should Judges like Leonie Brinkema and James L. Robart choose to take judicial notice of such news reports. A particularly frightening example was recently revealed during the trial in Sweden of an asylum-seeking war criminal.

Another Federal Judge Seizes Presidential Power

If terrorism, as proven in the same court house where Judge Brinkema sits on the bench, isn’t a “rational basis” for President Trump’s Executive Order 13,769 then what, in the Judge’s eyes, would justify pausing immigration from a country known to harbor people hostile to the United States? The answer, of course, is that it is not Judge Brinkema’s role in our federal republic to make such decisions, it is the President’s constitutional prerogative to do so.

Actually, Trump has a duty to ban dangerous immigrants

Seth Lipsky, New York Post

One part of the Constitution — Article IV, Section 4 — lists the few things the government must do, whether it wants to or not. These are the obligations clauses. One of the obligations is that the United States “shall protect” each state “against invasion.” Not “can” protect but “shall.” So if President Trump thinks infiltration by the Islamic State amounts to any kind of invasion, he has to act. That’s never been invoked, but, hey, there’s a first time for everything.

No Law But Liberalism

George Neumayr, The American Spectator

The left glorifies anarchy in the language of the “living constitution” and other noble-sounding rhetoric, but it all amounts to the rejection of the rule of law in favor of the rule of men, who feel free to disobey every decree, save their own. In the subversive tweets and mixed-messages to the rioters, in the cheerleading for defiant judges and bureaucrats, in the award-show antics, even in its childish delight in cheap SNL parodies, the ruling class is rekindling its lawless youth.

Impeach Judge James L. Robart – Stolen Sovereignty Makes The Case

The President’s powers as Commander in Chief and his executive power to maintain the country’s sovereignty have been stolen by an unelected judge in the Western District of Washington. Stolen Sovereignty by Daniel Horowitz explains how We the People can recover the sovereignty stolen from us by judges like James L. Robart, and why judges like James L. Robart should be impeached.

Conservatives Build Case To Impeach Judge Robard

Daniel Horowitz writing for Conservative Review and Ken Klukowski writing for Breitbart added new arguments to our case for the impeachment of Federal District Judge James L. Robart for issuing an order ultra vires – acting beyond his jurisdiction.

Impeach Federal Judge James L. Robart

We urge the House of Representatives to immediately prepare articles of impeachment against Judge Robart and to hold hearings at the earliest possible hour. The public needs to know exactly how his blatant partisanship and anti-constitutional behavior has jeopardized our national security and intruded upon the clear constitutional prerogatives of the Congress and the President.

Viguerie: One More Campaign Promise Kept

CHQ Chairman Richard A. Viguerie said in reaction to President Trump's nomination to the Supreme Court of Judge Neil M. Gorsuch, "The liberal special interest groups will demand and insist that the Democratic Senators go all out to keep Judge Gorsuch off the Supreme Court. This battle will be unlike any court battle in modern times. And when the battle is done conservatives will win and liberals will be exhausted and weakened for the next battle."

Will Supreme Court Choice Divide or Unite Trump Coalition?

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
With President Trump meeting with key Senators to discuss his first Supreme Court nomination it is vital for conservatives to contact the White House and to respectfully urge President Trump to avoid nominating Judge William Pryor to the Supreme Court.

Conservative Opposition to Judge William H. Pryor Jr. Growing

What was a trickle of cultural conservatives voicing concern about Judge Pryor has begun to build into a steady stream of opposition. “Pryor may be 90 percent good on his decisions, but that is not good enough,” said Tim Wildmon, president of the American Family Association. “We need someone who will be just like Scalia, 100 percent, in terms of their judicial philosophy."

President Trump: Don’t Nominate Judge Pryor, Get Your First Supreme Court Pick Right

By Richard A. Viguerie, CHQ Chairman
We know where Judge Pryor stands, and while he has a good record on some of our issues, his willingness to create new protected classes and endow them with judicially created rights unmoored to legislation or the plain language of the Constitution and his failure to protect religious liberty clearly disqualifies him from consideration as a replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia.

Draining the Cultural Swamp in our Children’s Minds

Placing government in its proper perspective and teaching our children why property and freedom are inseparable, are the first steps in clearing their minds of the cultural swamp.

Bill O’Reilly Was Right

To the Soros-funded Far-Left “white” does not mean a person of the Caucasian race. “White” in radical construction means anyone of any race, creed, nationality, color, sex, or sexual preference who embraces the beliefs, such as capitalism and American exceptionalism, which to the radical Left are irredeemably evil and anyone who aligns with them is “white” in spirit and thus guilty of “white crimes.”

How Dr. Ben Carson can heal the wounds of Obama's racism

Helping our inner city poor effects our entire nation.  Done properly, helping the poor builds their self-esteem, provides opportunities and reduces costly welfare programs.  Equally important, it can remove HUD from meddling in local government and jeopardizing property rights.

God, Classrooms and Property Rights

When the Founders proclaimed that our rights came from our Creator, no future president or governing body could ever change, or rescind them, because they did not render them. This act ensured that our property rights were free from seizure... if we paid attention.

Would You Like A Government GPS Microchip Implanted?

Once the power to track someone is granted to the Department of Justice the criteria for tracking will surely expand. We urge CHQ readers to call Congress (the Capitol Switchboard is 1-866-220-0044) to tell your Representative to oppose H.R. 4919 when it comes up under suspension later today.
