We Should Not Support Politicians Who Call Upholding The Constitution A Criminal Act

All of this talk of criminality and sending Snowden to prison – or worse – presupposes that what Snowden did was contrary to the law and to his oath as a government employee. What if it is the government itself that is the law-breaker, by violating the Constitution (the law that governs government) and Edward Snowden is merely supplying the corrective action necessary to bring the government back inside its proper constitutional bounds?

NSA Leaker Edward Snowden IS A Traitor

Edward Snowden should have worked within our constitutional system of government, and if he had a legitimate concern about the conduct of the NSA, turned those concerns over to Congress, which has oversight responsibility for the NSA, and let those charged by the Constitution (such as Senators Rand Paul, Ron Wyden and Mark Udall) put a stop to any extra-legal actions on the part of the government.

In Defense of Edward Snowden

Writer Ben Hart says Edward Snowden has no obligation to protect illegal conduct by our government. In fact, we all have a legal and moral duty to expose serious law-breaking when we find it.
