A subcommittee chaired by Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) grilled IRS Commissioner John Koskinen today over progress that agency has made instituting reforms after the targeting scandal two years ago. Waco Tea Party President Toby Marie Walker was part of a nine-person panel representing conservative groups that also spoke to lawmakers.
