TX AG Ken Paxton is Defending American Values in More Than One Case

Attorney General Ken Paxton recently stood up against President Obama’s gross overreach in pushing his gross bathroom agenda on America. Texas has signed onto a suit in Virginia challenging the growing pressure from the left to use the force of government to enforce their transgender activist goals on American society. But this is not the only case where Paxton is fighting against tyranny. He’s also defending the First Amendment in a global warming case, an area where free speech is under direct, overt assault.

Grand Jury’s Indictment of Planned Parenthood Foe Isn’t the End of the Story

Pro-life advocate Shari Rendall writes while the indictment of David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt seem to portend a bad omen for pro-lifers, Planned Parenthood is far from off-the-hook.  Following the indictment announcement, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton both issued statements that the state’s investigation into Planned Parenthood remains ongoing and the grand jury’s action will have no impact on the probe.
