Predictable: Two more inmates who were freed from the detention center at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba have rejoined militant groups in the first half of 2016, Reuters reported. Since 2009, when President Obama assumed office, nine people who were freed from Guantánamo have returned to fighting, according to a report issued Tuesday by the Office of Director of National Intelligence.
