Paul Ryan’s Parting Gift To America: Amnesty For Illegal Aliens

Just when you thought the push to make American citizens out of millions of illegal aliens was dead it has come roaring back to life in the form of H.Res. 774, a resolution providing for consideration of H.R. 4760, a bill to amend the immigration laws and the homeland security laws through what is known on Capitol Hill as a “Queen of the Hill” process.

The Resolution, sponsored by open borders RINO Rep. Jeff Denham of California, sets up a deal whereby the Paul Ryan DACAHouse would consider four bills, and the one with the most votes over 218 would become the House bill on immigration.

The bait for this ruse is that it brings H.R. 4760, the so-called Goodlattte bill, to the Floor of the House, along with the Democrat’s DREAM Act legalizing 3.6 million illegal aliens, Denham’s RINO version of the DREAM Act, which legalizes 3.6 million illegal aliens, and includes a study of border security, and – here’s the kicker – an as yet undisclosed immigration bill to be offered by Speaker Paul Ryan, or his designee.

The Goodlatte bill, while far from perfect, is the alternative preferred by many conservatives. It may or may not get 218 votes depending on how many RINOs defect and how many Democrats from conservative states feel the heat of the 2018 election.

The so-called “clean” DREAM Act, sponsored by Democratic Representative Roybal-Allard of California, could easily get to 218, if the Democrats all hold together and the RINOs defect.

Likewise, Denham’s DREAM Act, plus a border security study, could give the RINOs the fig leaf they need to vote for amnesty and pull-in some Democrats.

But the real plan is for Speaker Ryan to put his amnesty bill up and arm-twist Republicans into passing it.

Ryan has made known his desire for an amnesty bill for many years, and back in April of 2013 ABC News ran a lengthy article about Paul Ryan’s support for “comprehensive immigration reform,” saying:

The Wisconsin Republican [Ryan] made a joint appearance on Monday with Democratic Rep. Luis Gutiérrez in the latter's home city of Chicago, where he embraced comprehensive immigration reform. Rather than use the Boston attacks to call for delaying the issue, he said they should serve as a wake-up call to get a bill passed.

"We have a broken immigration system and, if anything, what we see in Boston is that we have to fix and modernize our immigration system for lots of reasons," Ryan said, according to Politico. "National security reasons, economic security reasons. For all those reasons we need to fix our broken immigration system…"

While Ryan's activity might seem out of step with his usual focus on budgetary issues, it's not new, according to Gutiérrez. The Illinois Democrat said that 10 years ago, Ryan played a role in a previous effort to draft an immigration bill in the House... During his whirlwind tour of Chicago, Ryan spoke about the economic benefits that immigration reform could bring to the U.S.

This is the same Luis Gutierrez who back in 2009 introduced the “Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity Act” to grant amnesty to illegal aliens and who once wrote an op-ed in the liberal Huffington Post to complain that Obama’s immigration enforcement policies were too strict.

When Paul Ryan’s 2016 primary opponent made the Speaker’s support for expanding immigration and amnesty for illegal aliens issues in the campaign Ryan blanketed the district with mailers touting his opposition to both – a claim that was demonstrably false given Ryan’s record and his statements during his lovefest with illegal alien advocate Illinois Congressman Luis Gutiérrez.

It’s pretty clear to us that Paul Ryan’s position on amnesty for illegal aliens hasn’t changed, and it is the exact opposite of that shared by the conservative – populist coalition that elected Donald Trump and will have to turn out and vote Republican if the GOP is to hang on to its congressional majorities.

Those of us who have been around Washington long enough to remember the smirk on Democratic Sen. George Mitchell's face when he left the "negotiation" with Republicans that saw President George H.W. Bush go back on his "read my lips, no new taxes" pledge are waiting for the video of Gutierrez with that same smirk as he leaves the meeting where House Republican "leaders" cave on amnesty.

Here is the list of cosponsors of Denham’s “Queen of the Hill” resolution. The toll-free Capitol Switchboard is (1-866-220-0044) we urge CHQ readers and friends to call their Representative today to urge them to not to sign on to H.Res. 774 and to oppose any bill that grants amnesty to illegal aliens.

Immigration Reform

No bill should pass without elimination of "birthright" citizenship.

This is where we will really find out if President Trump will be true to his original promises during the campaign.
If amnesty is passed will President Trump veto the bill.
Members of the House should demand that paul ryan step down as the Speaker of the House, and force a vote for new leadership.

aiding and abetting illegal aliens is felony

No element of American law authorises any government employee - private citizen - alien to aid and abet illegal aliens for any reason.

This means No One in America or the World has the authority to pass an American statute - make a rule - opinion - edict - assistance to said and abet any illegal alien for any reason.

In the case of the federal, state, county, local government employees NON of them can ever pass any law granting any relief for illegal aliens and/or their crimes BECAUSE ! such legislation : whatevers would be COLOR of Validations of the all those government refusing to enforce the EXISTING immigration laws of the Untied States.

It is the government employees [past and present] INDIVIDUAL and COLLECTIVE refusal to enforce the immigration laws of America that has created the illegal alien soft invasion of America crime problems.

American government employees, aiding and abetting illegal alien criminals in 'the soft invasion' of America, as illegal alien enterprises created the illegal alien criminal problems through today, and by such aiding and abetting acts, caused those government employees to join the illegal alien criminal 'soft invasion' of America enterprises.

There is no Constitutional crises EXCEPT when you ! refuse to require the arrest and prosecution of those government employees who have been and/or are using their office - public funds, places, man hours, resources to aid and abet the 'soft invasion' and general illegal alien criminal enterprises.

Rayan : Pelosi are good illegal alien aiding and abetting government employee examples of de facto government who have willfully and knowingly joined the illegal alien criminal enterprises. And, moving in concert, in Ryan's last usurping criminal act act as a de facto government employee who is illegally in occupation of the office of Speaker of the House THEY attempt to use color of legislative process - color of pretense of authority to act to aid and abet illegal alien criminal enterprises and the illegal alien 'soft invasion of American.'
