The Party of Stupid

THE STUPID PARTY

Scott McKay, The American Spectator

Go here and watch the three-minute video segment of such long-time establishmentarians as former Republican National Committee chair Mike Duncan, former Congressman Vin Weber, and GOP pollster and McCain adviser Ed Goeas complaining about Trump and telegraphing their efforts to torpedo his campaign is dumbfounding in its tone-deafness and breathtaking in its snooty arrogance.

The Party of Stupid, George Stephanopoulos and the 2016 Presidential Debates

In his book TAKEOVER CHQ Chairman Richard A. Viguerie asked "What would make Republican candidates for President agree to a debate moderated by George Stephanopoulos, the former press secretary of a Democratic president, or the likes of CNN’s notoriously liberal host Anderson Cooper?" Mr. Viguerie concluded that besides rank stupidity, it is hard to think of a reason. But the Republican Party’s DC insiders seem genuinely disappointed that their buddy George Stephanopoulos – whom they see at all the nice parties in Georgetown – is not a “journalist,” but a shill for the Clintons and their partisan Democratic agenda.
