Back in March 2020, the Senate’s Democrat Majority Leader, Sen. Charles Schumer of New York, made a speech outside the Supreme Court as justices heard a case about a Louisiana abortion law, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
When an organization, such as the Democratic Party, controls the levers of power, physical violence is a convenient option, as Sen. Schumer well knew when he made those threats.
Schumer’s threats against the Supreme Court Justices are of a piece with the tactics Democrats and their armed auxiliaries, such as the Ku Klux Klan, ANTIFA and BLM have long used to intimidate their opponents.
For example, Timothy Rives, writing for the Dwight Eisenhower Presidential Library, documented how in October 1925, when corrupt Democrats of the Pendergast machine controlled Kansas City, Kansas, 100 men “purported to be members of the Ku Klux Klan” nailed a note to the door of the home of W.H. Summers, an African American man who had moved to 646 Troup Avenue, “normally a white section of the city,” according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Kansan. The message warned Summers to move before nightfall. Summers complained to police. Captain Stanley Beatty told the frightened man the city could not afford to station a police officer at his home. Beatty promised to contact Klan leaders and verify if the hooded order was responsible for the threat or if other men were acting in its name. Given Beatty’s membership in the Klan the promise was an easy one to make.
Just like Democrats of today can turn-on or turn-off the violence of ANTIFA and BLM almost at will, Police Captain Beatty’s role in quelling the episode reveals the structural violence Klan leaders could utilize in advancing the Democratic Party’s racist agenda.
And election season is prime time for Democrats to embark on their campaigns of violence against Republicans. In the period leading up to the 1868 presidential election, the Klan’s activities expanded across the South, using threats of violence, beatings, and worse to intimidate Republican voters. A campaign of widespread terror took hold as the presidential election neared. In Kansas, there were more than 2,000 politically motivated murders. In Georgia, the number of threats and beatings was even higher. And in Louisiana, 1,000 freed people were killed by the Democratic Party’s armed auxiliaries.
Schumer threatening violence against two Supreme Court justices is straight out of the old Klan – Democratic Party playbook, and with Democrats controlling the levers of power in Washington, DC and with the Biden White House blessing illegal protests at justices’ homes and Attorney General Merrick Garland refusing to prosecute the lawbreakers – the expected violence has arrived.
Kevin Daley, writing for the Washington Free Beacon reports an assassin has been arrested outside Justice Kavanaugh's home, whom police have named as Nicholas Roske. He was carrying a Glock 17, zip ties, pepper spray, burglary tools, and wore padded shoes. Roske said he found the justice's address on the internet and meant to kill him, then himself.
Mr. Daley reports Roske explicitly cited the leak of the draft opinion in Dobbs as well a pending Second Amendment case as his motive for attacking Justice Kavanaugh.
The case is U.S. v. Nicholas John Roske in the district of Maryland. Roske has been charged with one count of attempted kidnapping or murder of a Supreme Court justice.
As Mike Davis of the Article III Project tweeted, Attorney General Merrick Garland has demonstrated over and over that he is willing to turn a blind eye to threats against Supreme Court justices at their homes, while threatening to have the FBI hunt down parents at school-board meetings.
But why should anyone be surprised by Garland’s refusal to act? Garland is simply carrying out the orders of his Boss, President Joe Biden, eulogist of the late Ku Klux Klan “exalted cyclops” Democrat Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia.
Democrats aren’t going to stop or even speak out against the violence of the Ku Klux Klan, ANTIFA or assassins, such as Nicholas John Roske, because they are the longtime inciters, perpetrators, and beneficiaries of this violence.

If President Trump had ever made such a statement as that from Schumer, they'd have abducted him in the middle of the night and we'd find his torched body hanging from a tree. As it is, they are going to pull out all the stops in that televised clown show tonight to find something, anything, to put Trump in chains. Garland is just a stooge for Biden.
Garland is number one on the Impeachment Parade. Don't worry, we'll get to Joke Biden and the rest of his goons. And BTW, keep your records available, Mayorkas.
Was there ever a more corrupt AG, Merrick Garland, and a stronger supporter of CORRUPTION than the current White House occupant? Neither knows a crime when they see it, but surely know to attack Good Honest Citizens when they are doing the right thing, meaning using good old COMMON SENSE.
Wouldn't expect anything else from the liberals aka Communists for the simple reason that like their father the devil they're nothing but murderers and liars at heart. The main area of difference between liberals and Satan is that liberals are the more hypocritical of the two.
