We just received a reminder from our friend Mark Skousen, Producer of FreedomFest, "The
World's Largest Gathering of Free Minds," that this year’s extravaganza of liberty will be at the world’s largest monument to freedom – Mount Rushmore.
What’s more, Newsmax, the fastest growing cable news network, will be covering all 3 ½ days of FreedomFest, July 21-24, which will be held in the Rushmore Civic Center in Rapid City, South Dakota, rated the #1 "free" state in the nation...and the lowest unemployment rate (2.9%).
Mark tells us:
Authors, professors, business leaders, legislators, investors, healthy living experts, and concerned citizens are gathering from the around the country to attend THE liberty conference. FreedomFest normally meets each July in Vegas, but with the lockdown, they have moved to Mount Rushmore to celebrate liberty (and what's left of it).
Nearly 1,400 have already signed up, and attendance is accelerating. We could have a record crowd this year.
Gov. Kristi Noem will also welcome us during our opening ceremonies on Wednesday, July 21.
Other speakers include: Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim, she is a strong advocate of women’s rights and author of numerous books, including “Heretic: Why Islam Needs a Reformation Now.” She requires two bodyguards.
We have also confirmed Larry Elder, “The Sage from South Central,” and #1 talk show host in California. We will have over 200 speakers at the event, including John Mackey (CEO, Whole Foods Market), Dr. Drew Pinski, Steve Moore, John Fund, Grover Norquist, J. P. Sears, Deirdre McCloskey, Tom Woods, Ambassador John Norton Moore, Dave Rubin, Jo Jorgensen, former Rep. Justin Amash, and top financial gurus Alex Green, Rob Arnott, Doug Casey, Adrian Day, Hilary Kramer, Jim Woods, and Mark Skousen, economist and producer of FreedomFest. Plus the ever popular Anthem Film Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
We are planning at least seven debates. New: John Mackey will take on Yaron Brook (chairman, Ayn Rand Institute) and his proposition that "the one and only purpose of business is to make long-term profits." Plus, our 3-day investment conference will include the debate: "Has Bitcoin Replaced Gold as the New Inflation Hedge?"
We will also debate "Which four economists deserve to be on Mount Rushmore?" based on our survey of top economists.
The excitement is building, and our hotel rooms are filling up fast. Take advantage of the “early bird” discount (which ends on March 31) — only $399 per person, $299 per guest. To see our agenda, go to www.freedomfest.com. To register, call 1-855-850-3733, ext. 202, talk to Hayley. Her phone may be busy in the next few days, so best to register online at www.freedomfest.com.
That’s a HUGE saving over the final retail price of $599 that will apply in July and at the door.
Information about the local hotels and special events or excursions are listed at www.freedomfest.com. Note that rooms at three hotels have already sold out.
