How Democrats Plan To Steal Wisconsin For Harris

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) has recently released a damning report is raising the alarm about a legal loophole allowing thousands to vote in Wisconsin without

showing photo identification as required by state law.

And the Democrats are just fine with it.

The report revealed the “indefinitely confined” voter rolls have increased more than 144,000, up 116% since 2016. The indefinitely confined voter rolls from quadrupled from almost 67,000 in 2016 to more 265,000 in 2020 — about 8% of the total votes cast in Wisconsin four years ago.

This state accommodation designed for the disabled, elderly, ill and infirm came under the spotlight in 2020 when Wisconsin’s two largest cities — Democrat bastions Milwaukee and Madison — told citizens to use the little-known law to vote without a photo ID during COVID restrictions.

Five Democratic strongholds have the highest number of voters with indefinitely confined status: Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Kenosha and Janesville, all of which went hard for Biden in 2020.

Most municipal clerks have complied with state-law requirements to identify and remove inactive voters from the status, WILL found. But Madison failed to respond to WILL’s Open Records request — far surpassing the law’s expected 10-to-14-day turnaround.

The conservative group believes there could be as many as 38,000 registered indefinitely confined voters who are no longer eligible under state law.

Badger State voters are required to show a government-issued photo ID when voting but not when registering to vote. “Indefinitely confined” voters check a box when registering to sign up for automatic absentee ballots “for every election” until they are no longer indefinitely confined or fail to return a ballot.

According to an analysis by the New York Post Biden won the state by almost 21,000 votes in 2020; former President Donald Trump won by about 27,000 in 2016. Polls show Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris neck and neck this year.

In 2020, the Wisconsin Elections Commission confirmed only 78% of indefinitely confined voters had shown a photo ID at some point, but that figure has not been updated.

That means that some 58,000 voters who are allegedly “indefinitely confined” have never shown identification to obtain a ballot, which more than enough votes to change the outcome of a close statewide election.

And Wisconsin’s Democrat-dominated Supreme Court is just fine with that.

The court ruled the statute requires a voter – not government officials – to make that determination based solely on whether he or she indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness or infirmity or disability for an indefinite period.

Meaning all someone must do is check a box to have a harvestable ballot sent to a person who claims to be “indefinitely confined.”

After 2020 election the Racine County Sheriff's Office investigated voting in one nursing home after a family member of one of the residents reported their mother had voted despite having little cognitive ability to make such a decision. Similar instances of voting were cited by former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman as evidence of fraud in the 2020 election when he delivered a report to Republicans in the state Assembly.

Gableman's report says his team investigating the 2020 election at the behest of Republicans in the Assembly found some facilities where all registered voters cast ballots. Gableman played videos for the committee of nursing home residents who he said weren't mentally fit to vote. Gableman's team studied nursing home voting in Dane, Milwaukee and Racine counties.

Separate from the Gableman report, jsonline.com reported the Racine County sheriff's investigators found that as a result of guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission to ignore a state law that says special voting deputies should be dispatched to nursing homes to assist with voting, one resident of the Ridgewood Care Facility in Mount Pleasant likely voted illegally in the November 2020 election against a court order declaring the resident incompetent to vote.

According to the jsonline.com report, Racine County Sgt. Michael Luell said another seven residents with serious cognitive problems were "victimized" because trained poll workers were not allowed on-site, leading to nursing home workers allegedly filling out information on ballots and ballot envelopes for the residents whom he said were not able to make sound decisions.

And that’s just one nursing home in one county.
