RE: 33rd Marketing Memo for Conservative Leaders

SUBJECT: Ideas to help conservatives who are sitting on their checkbooks to

help them understand the need to give generously to GOP candidates

and conservative nonprofits

Dr. Samuel Johnson, “Depend upon It, Sir, when a man knows he is about to be hung in a

fortnight, he concentrates his mind wonderfully.”

Democrat candidates, politicians, donors, and their grassroots activists realize

they face an impending wipeout this November.

Therefore, Democrats are getting out their checkbooks—not so Republicans. Too

many Republicans are overconfident or don’t see the need to donate when the

news reports a big GOP victory this November.

Here are a few news articles headlines to that point:

a) DEMOCRATS DOUBLE GOP ONLINE CASH HAUL WITH

RECORD $1.3 BILLION

Bloomberg, January 27, 2022

b) MARCH FEC REPORTS SHOW DEMOCRATI CONGRESSIONAL

COMMITTEES REPORTING HIGHEST MONTHLY

FUNDRAISING NUMBERS OF THE 2022 ELECTION CYCLE

Ballotpedia, March 23, 2022

c) DEMOCRATS OUTRAISE REPUBLICANS BY 72% IN VIRGINIA

STATE RACES

Ballotpedia, March 14, 2022

d) DEMOCRATS OUTRAISE REPUBLICANS BY 33% IN

PENNSYLVANIA HOUSE RACES

Ballotpedia, March 13, 2022

e) DEMOCRATS DECRIED DARK MONEY. THEN THEY WON

WITH IT IN 2020.

New York Times, January 29, 2022

A major reason Republicans are losing this year’s money race is that conservative

Republican donors hear and read that the GOP is going to have a big victory this

November, therefore many donors are thinking, “Why transfer money from my bank

account to a candidate’s bank account who is going to win without my money?”

In other words, people don’t see the need to help make something happen when it’s a

certainty.

Here is a list of reasons for you to use when communicating with conservatives as to why

they need to generously financially support conservative candidates and conservative

organizations this year. I’ve probably left off some good ideas, so please let me hear

from you if you have any additional thoughts. I would like to include them in a future

memo.

1. Democrat candidates and liberal organizations are significantly outraising

Republicans (see attached news articles). This will put Republican candidates at a

huge disadvantage.

2. Of the 34 U.S. Senate races on the November 2022 ballot, Democrats only have

to protect 14, but Republicans must protect 20. Many of the Republican seats are

in competitive states with large populations, including Pennsylvania, Ohio,

Wisconsin, Florida, and North Carolina.

3. None of the Democrat Senate seats are in states won by Donald Trump in 2020.

However, two Republican Senate seats are in states won by Joe Biden.

4. As important as it is to win Congress, we must also win tens of thousands of

down-ballot races including statewide offices, state legislative races, school

boards, etc. etc.

The more money conservative candidates and conservative organizations receive,

the stronger the chance to win down-ballot races.

5. It’s not only important to win control of the Congress, but it’s important to have

large majorities in the House and Senate so that a few RINO Republicans won’t

be able to influence the debate or the outcome of the vote.

6. Most Republican members of Congress are not limited government constitutional

conservatives; this is an opportunity to add many new conservatives to the U.S.

House and Senate by defeating Democrats in “safe seats.” This will pull the

center of the Republican party strongly to the right.

7. It’s important to have a massive victory in 2022 and 2024 to take the heart,

enthusiasm, and energy out of the radical Democrat/socialist/Marxists. If our

2022 victory margin is narrow, it will embolden and encourage Democrat donors,

candidates, politicians, and grassroots activists to fight even harder in 2024. A

giant victory in 2022 will discourage many of their best donors, candidates, and

activists for the 2024 election.

I hope you found this helpful. As always, I’m thankful and appreciative of your work,

sacrifices, and leadership for the cause of liberty.

I'm not overconfident...I just don't trust the F-ing uni-party. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me every F-ing time the election rolls around...Well, not falling for it again. Republicans are the collaborators the Swamp told us Trump was. F the Republican party and JB too.
