One of the few things Mitch McConnell has done with which we agree and applaud him for is keeping the lying Democrat political hack Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court.

Through his countless lies, evasions and derelictions of duty Garland has proven himself unworthy of the high level of public trust that should be required of a Supreme Court Justice, and the attempt on the life of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and potentially his wife and daughters, has illustrated just how far into the Democrats’ culture of lies Garland has sunk.
Charles Kim, reporting for our friends at NewsMax, wrote that Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., told Newsmax on Wednesday that those people protesting the potential U.S. Supreme Court decision to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade abortion decision are “pushing the envelope” by protesting at the homes of the justices.
“This is a federal offense,” Blackburn said during “American Agenda.” “It is a crime, a felony offense, to try to intimidate (or) harass a judge to try to influence the outcome of a decision. So, they know that they are committing a crime, but it appears that people are trying to push the envelope when you have these protests that are right at the edge of a justice's property, when they're disrupting the entire neighborhood.”
Senator Blackburn is being properly circumspect – but everyone who has studied the issue recognizes that these “protesters” are violating laws to prevent the organized intimidation of federal judges that have been on the books for years.
But Attorney General Garland and his US attorneys for Maryland and Virginia have done nothing to enforce those longstanding laws, even though the intimidation tactics have been going on for weeks.
So, when Garland said that the threat against Justice Kavanaugh was “behavior that we will not tolerate,” you know he’s lying, because he has been tolerating it, while his Boss, Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats have been actively encouraging it.
“Threats of violence, and actual violence, against the justices, of course, strike at the heart of our democracy,” Mr. Garland said. “We will do everything we can to prevent them, and to hold people who do them accountable.”
However, Garland’s claim that last month he “accelerated the protection of all the justices’ residences 24/7,” and that he had met with the Supreme Court marshal, the F.B.I., the U.S. Marshals and his own prosecutors to “ensure every degree of protection available is possible” rings quite hollow when “every degree of protection available” does not include arresting those who are daily breaking the law with their intimidating antics outside the justices’ homes.
And the White House is just as deep, if not deeper in those lies than is Garland.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Wednesday, Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, said that President Biden “condemns the actions of this individual in the strongest terms and is grateful to law enforcement for quickly taking him into custody.”
“As the president has consistently made clear, public officials, including judges, must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety or that of their families,” Ms. Jean-Pierre said. “Any violence threats — threats of violence or attempts to intimidate justices — have no place in our society. He has said that himself, and we have been forceful from the podium many times.”
That is also a bald-faced lie – Ms. Jean-Pierre’s predecessor, Jen Psaki, specifically said Biden "certainly encourages" protesters to keep targeting SCOTUS Justices' homes.
And no one at the White House has walked back that comment or issued a correction or update in light of the planned attempt on Justice Kavanaugh’s life.
Democrats, from Senator Charles Schumer’s threats of a year ago, to Jen Psaki’s encouragement of the illegal attempts to intimidate the Supreme Court, to Merrick Garland’s lies about increasing security at the Justices’ homes, have intentionally created the environment in which a Nicholas John Roske will feel emboldened to act.
When Democrats say they abhor violence, but do nothing to curb it, you know they are all lying, and those who are prepared to use violence to accomplish their political objectives have already gotten the wink and nod that tells them they have a free pass as long as lying Democrat hack Merrick Garland remains Attorney General.

Other than that an "average" AG.
More lies from biden and the democrats, Report: Biden abandoned up to 9,000 Americans in Afghanistan JUNE 12, 2022According to a new Senate Foreign Relations Committee study released on Thursday, President Joe Biden abandoned as many as 9,000 American citizens in Afghanistan during the administration’s failure to retreat in August of last year. The report contradicts allegations made by the Biden administration that only 100-150 people were left behind. The report, signed by the ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jim Risch of Idaho, states that senior State Department officials overseeing the evacuation task force estimated approximately 15,000 Americans remained in Afghanistan around Aug. 17.By the end of the evacuation operations on Aug. 31, 6,000 Americans had escaped…
"unworthy of the high level of public trust"?
This puke shouldn't be running night court...as a bailiff.
When Republicans regain control of Congress in November, their first action should be to impeach Merrick Garland. President Biden won't fire him. Donald Trump had no trouble telling Cabinet officials, or lower ranking ones, "you're fired."
