Newly declassified handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan show that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that Russian intelligence was actively monitoring,
and potentially injecting disinformation into, Clinton’s anti-Trump collusion narrative. The intelligence concerning Russia’s knowledge of Clinton’s campaign plans was so concerning to Brennan and other national security officials that they personally informed Obama of the matter in the Oval Office in the summer of 2016. The handwritten notes from Brennan were declassified by Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe and provided to Congress on Tuesday afternoon, reported our friends at The Federalist.
Sean Davis reported that, according to the declassified notes, Brennan and the U.S. intelligence community knew months prior to the 2016 election that the collusion smear was the result of a campaign operation hatched by the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Notations indicate that persons who spoke during the briefing were “POTUS”, “JC” (presumably FBI Dir. Jim Comey), “Denis” (presumably White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonogh), and “Susan” (presumably National Security Advisor Susan Rice).
The comments reflecting the existence of a Clinton “plan” are attributed to someone whose name is redacted in the margin on the left side of the notes. That is likely a CIA or NSA official who is reporting the intelligence information.
A second document released by DNI Ratcliffe is a Referral from the CIA to the FBI with regard to this information. The Memorandum was directed to “Director” and to Peter Strzok, identified as “Deputy Assistant Director for Operations Branch 1, Counterintelligence Division.”
The Memorandum is heavily redacted, but according to an analysis by Red State the following passage is disclosed:
“Per FBI verbal request, CIA provides the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date.”
“An exchange [REDACTED] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public form her use of a private email server.”
Documents obtained by SaraACarter.com confirm Brennan’s notes also reveal how seriously he took the issue that he debriefed former President Barrack Obama on the alleged Clinton plot and on the information that was intercepted by the United States from Russian spies.
Sara Carter asked the $64,000 question, which is how did DNI Ratcliffe get these notes? Did Brennan turn them over to John Durham, who was appointed by Attorney General William Barr to investigate the alleged corruption inside Obama’s FBI and intelligence community. Remember, Durham’s already interviewed Brennan, who can bring criminal charges for lying or withholding evidence.

Former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell tweeted:
Proof. @BarackObama @JoeBiden directed their administration to use the powers of government to attack @realDonaldTrump campaign and then transition.
The Susan Rice email to herself after the Oval Office meeting was part of a coverup.
However, what’s even more interesting is that the Brennan notes contradict testimony by James Comey. Comey said he didn’t know anything about this. Turns out he got a memo on it and the Obama-Biden White House was briefed on it.
Here’s our take for what it is worth – Brennan is tying up loose ends for his defense and setting the groundwork to throw Comey and the FBI under the bus.

Too little too late? Should have had this information last year, before Biden became a nominee for POTUS.
