On June 1, 2024, the World Health Assembly issued a statement claiming that at “the annual meeting of its 194 member countries, today agreed a package of critical amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR), and made concrete commitments to
completing negotiations on a global pandemic agreement within a year, at the latest. These critical actions have been taken in order to ensure comprehensive, robust systems are in place in all countries to protect the health and safety of all people everywhere from the risk of future outbreaks and pandemics.
The problem with the statement is that, like much of what the W.H.O. has done under its Communist Chinese-back Director Tedros Ghebreyesus, it is all a lie.
As the organizers floundered in the days leading to the final vote on the new treaty, Ghebreyesus said in his opening remarks at the 77th World Health Assembly. "Of course, we all wish that we had been able to reach a consensus on the agreement in time for this health assembly, and cross the finish line… I remain confident that you still will, because where there is a will, there is a way. I know that there remains among you a common will to get this done."
Desperate to keep the power grab alive after two years of behind closed doors negotiations, the W.H.O. had countries agree to continue negotiating the proposed globalist pact. A package of “amendments” has apparently been accepted to tide over pandemic treaty supporters in the meantime.
These amendments include a new definition for "pandemic emergency"; another "equity"-driven international wealth re-distribution mechanism; the creation of a new bureaucracy to oversee the implementation of the agreement; and the creation of IHR authorities for member countries to "improve coordination of implementation of the Regulations within and among countries."
Far from being a benign agreement for countries to cooperate on major pandemics, it is the complete surrender of member countries’ sovereignty to a Red Chinese puppet bureaucracy – and the Democrats are fine with it and have made it clear they have no intention of submitting to the Senate for ratification the “amendments” or even the proposed new agreement when finalized.*

In Geneva late Saturday night, the Biden administration, Communist China and other co-conspirators lawlessly launched a new mechanism for foisting “global governance” on all of us.
They have also made necessary a new, worldwide fight for freedom.
Liberty-loving Americans in particular need to mobilize to reject this leading edge of the globalists’ bid to turn the World Health Organization from an incompetent advisory body into one whose leader, Tedros Ghebreyesus, becomes a global public health dictator.
This accord was the result of stealthy negotiations that proceeded until just before it was “agreed” – without an actual vote in a room reportedly largely vacated. That was only possible because Tedros and his enablers were willing to ignore the WHO’s own rules by precluding the required four-month review period.
If the WHO won’t abide by its own “constitution,” we better believe it won’t respect ours.
Mr. Gaffney, who was in Geneva for the deliberations, makes a crucial point – if the W.H.O. won’t respect its own rules, you had better believe it won’t respect our Constitution.
And Joe Biden and the Democrats are more than prepared to accept that.
Indeed, by all appearances the failure to follow the waiting and review period and the middle of the night passage resemble what happens in the United States Congress when Democrats want to sneak through legislation and spending that could never withstand public scrutiny in the daylight.
Another “tell” that these “amendments” are not benign is the reaction of Ghebreyesus to critics of the amendment strategy. Rather than win over critics with reassurances ahead of the next stage of his campaign to promote the failed scheme, Ghebreyesus instead doubled down, urging a crackdown on skeptics.
What’s more, this stealth agreement appears to us to be a step-by-step process to sneak through – via “amendments” – an agreement that would never be ratified as one new treaty by the United States Senate.
But the end result of this step-by-step amendment process will be the same – the creation of a new globalist bureaucracy with the power to designate almost anything, including “gun deaths” and lack of access to abortion, as a global health emergency.

* The Constitution provides, in the second paragraph of Article II, Section 2, that “the President shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.” Thus, treaty making is a power shared between the President and the Senate.
