The leaders of the Democrat Party have been shamefully silent on the fate of the 20 or more American hostages held by the Iran-backed terrorists of Hamas. Equally as bad they have failed to condemn the October 7 attack on Israel – indeed they’re planning to reward the
Muslim terrorists with millions in new “aid” that will undoubtedly go to fund continued terror attacks on our strongest ally in the Middle East.
However, this really should not surprise us, because the Democrat Party has long protected the America-hating anti-Semites of “the Squad” and their hangers-on, including, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Andre Carson, Summer Lee and Delia Ramirez.
Indeed, Rep. Rashida Tlaib organized (at least according to the standard established on January 6, 2021) what amounted to an insurrection at the Cannon House Office Building, where pro-Hamas insurrectionists took over the venerable House office building and chanted anti-Semitic and anti-American slogans, disrupting the business of Congress and forcing Jewish Members, staff, and visitors to fear for their lives.
And that was not the first time Tlaib used her status as a Member of Congress to promote Hamas terrorism. In May of this year Tlaib hosted a congressional event at the Capitol Visitors Center to mourn Israel's founding alongside an array of anti-Israel groups, some of which have defended terrorism.
Democrats would like Americans to forget that Hamas, the Iran-backed terrorists that are holding Americans hostage in Gaza, and who killed at least 20 Americans on the October 7 Sabbath Massacre, was designated a terrorist group in 1997 by Bill Clinton.
But that hasn’t stopped Democrats, like Rashida Tlaib, from cozying up to these killers.
On October 8, 2023, one day after an unprecedented Sabbath Massacre of American and Israeli Jewish civilians by Hamas, Tlaib released a statement condemning Israel for Hamas war crimes, titled: “Tlaib Statement on Ongoing Violence in Israel and Palestine.”
In her statement, Tlaib called for “lifting the blockade, ending the occupation, and dismantling the apartheid system that creates the suffocating, dehumanizing conditions that can lead to resistance.”
Just to be clear what Tlaib is excusing by calling it “resistance”, Hamas went house to house to savagely murder, mutilate and kidnap anyone they found. They beheaded children and massacred entire families, burning some alive who were hiding in their homes. Israelis as young as three and as old as 85 were kidnapped.
Over 260 unarmed young men and women were surrounded and murdered at one music festival alone. Bodies were publicly desecrated, with some dragged through the streets of Gaza. Women were raped next to the bodies of their dead friends.
Again, Tlaib excusing Hamas terrorism and atrocities should surprise no one. Rashida Tlaib has extensive fundraising ties to Hamas supporters. She employed no less than three Hamas-linked activists to fundraise for her 2018 election campaign, one of whom spent 8 months in prison for his alleged connections to Hamas.
Tlaib additionally used a pro-terror Facebook page, PAC-USA, to raise funds for her 2018 Congressional campaign. Tlaib gave the founder of PAC-USA the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee for Rashida Tlaib for Congress. He used it to promote 12 fundraisers in 8 states, entirely with her support.
In 2015, Tlaib co-founded the Detroit-based, anti-American, anti-Israel and pro-terror hate group, Black4Palestine. A co-founder used the group to conduct activism with members of the Marxist-Leninist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which is designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Hamas is a designated foreign terrorist organization, yet the Democrat Party leadership continues to allow its sympathizers here in America, such as Rep. Rashida Tlaib, to speak for the party, to sit on sensitive committees in Congress and to engage in high-profile political warfare, lawfare, and psychological warfare on behalf of Hamas.
Leading Democrats, such as Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer and House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jerrold Nadler, among others, have had major influence on the Democrat Party’s position on law enforcement/counterterrorism/FBI policies, and they have said NOTHING about domestic jihad groups and the Hamas network here in at least 20 years.
