Today, Monday, March 14, the Republican establishment will assemble in suburban McLean, Virginia for what is probably their largest gathering since the inauguration of George W. Bush.
The purpose of this event, featuring special guest RINO Senator Mitt Romney and hosted by the GOP establishment’s leading “bundlers” Bobbie and Bill Kilberg, is to raise the funds necessary to save the seat of renegade Republican Rep. Liz Cheney.
Cheney is so unpopular in the state she allegedly represents that, according to The New York Times, she “hasn't attended Republican Party events in person in her state in years,” and has been forced to beg a “who’s who” list of lobbyists and DC powerbrokers to fund her campaign.
And judging by the price tag, Liz Cheney is going to be hauling away bags of cash from this event. You must be fully vaccinated to attend this event (of course) and also have money to burn!
The VIP Reception: $10,800 per couple; the Photo Reception: $5,800 per couple; while the cheap seats are $1,000 per person with no photo.
Here’s a partial list of the host committee members who have apparently ponied up the big bucks to nail down the big influence with Rep. Cheney:

Liz Cheney’s MAGA opponent is Harriet Hageman, who has been endorsed by former President Trump and who we can safely, although unofficially, say has the endorsement and support of the Wyoming Republican Party organization, given that the state party central committee voted in November 2021 to stop recognizing Cheney as a Republican.
We especially like Harriet Hagemen’s video “Ride for the Brand” which you can watch below.
We doubt that the grassroots Republican voters, activists and donors of Virginia who powered Glenn Youngkin, Winsome Sears and Jason Miyares to victory in last November’s election will be invited to this soiree, let alone cough up over $10,000 to have their picture taken and drink Chardonnay and have canapes with Liz and Mitt.
To our fellow Virginia conservatives (and all other CHQ readers) we say, if you are so inclined, please go to Harriet Hagemen’s website at https://www.hagemanforwyoming.com/ and make a donation at your comfort level to help preserve constitutional liberty. Then sit back and have a Snake River beer, it will be better for America, and you won’t have to hold up your pinky or wear a tie while you’re saving our country.

It's time for Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney to spear head the formation of a new liberal party devoted to the destruction of the republic. I wish them success in such an endeavor!
Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and Elon Musk all put together don't have enough money to pay me to attend an event with Mittens Romney and Liz the Loser Cheney!
I doubt that any amount of money will get her elected in the Republican primary. She might run as an independant and get a Democrat elected.
I am amazed that Cheney still needs money, after screwing her alleged "home state" for many years, but she must not have been smart enough to get paid for it! It was probably as lousy an experience as her fathers"neo-con" treachery,so she must go to "corruption central" in D.C. to get funding.
